Officers in charge: Sasha, Joyce, Amelia. We will be having a meeting to emphasize the importance of maintaining a healthy, balanced diet. We will encourage students to bring healthy food platters that may include fruits, veggies, or really any healthy meal! We will be talking about what supplies what vitamins, how to eat a healthy meal, and why some meals are good for you and why some meals are bad for you. The purpose of having students bring in healthy foods is to show them that being healthy doesn't always mean eating boring foods, but you can have very nutritious and delicious foods, and to hope that they can adapt to this healthy lifestyle we try to incorporate into their lives.
